Helpful resources to manage COVID-19 stress

Now more than ever is a time for us to slow down, learn how to embrace uncertainty, and add in a big ole’ heap of grace, faith, kindness and gratitude. As Brené Brown, one of my favorite authors and speakers reminds us, this is the first time for many of us to face something like this, and it’s vital we remember that truth. To normalize and give ourselves permission to have all of our many reactions, melt downs, and triumphs. And to take some perspective – this is temporary, we are equipped, and we can get out on the other side of this together. As much as it feels uncomfortable and at times out of our control, I have been so inspired by our community’s resilience and emphasis on taking care of each other’s needs. I hope you will find some of the resources below helpful in your efforts to stay safe, stay connected, and stay at home.
